Faytene is recognized nationwide as a mobilizer and influencer and has received international leadership awards.
Robert serves in public relations & operations as a core part of the Faytene TV team.

GEORGE GLOVER
Operations Consultant
George Glover is a veteran nonprofit executive and fundraising strategist with more than 40 years of leadership experience.
He is the founder and President of GM&F Partners, where he helps faith-based and nonprofit organizations across Canada and the United States strengthen their fundraising, strategy and long-term sustainability.
George previously founded and served as CEO of Teen Challenge Canada, helping grow the organization from a single location into a national, multi-site ministry.
He brings decades of experience in organizational growth, major-donor development, strategic planning and nonprofit leadership.

GENEVIEVE RICHARDS
Partners Manager
Genevieve is a senior part of the Faytene TV as the Partners Manager.
She has worked with the V-Kol team since 2015 and has a finance and management background in the banking industry. She also serves as an associate pastor at her local church. Genevieve brings a strong attention to detail and care for our supporters to the team.

SUSAN VAN RYN
Accounting Manager
Susan has served the charity for over 15 years. She loves working with entrepreneurs and organizations in accounting and financial systems.
As an accountant, she has worked with hundreds of clients over 25 years and has a vision to see people succeed in the work they feel called to.

JESSIE COOPER
Partner Care
Jessie is a core part of our partner care team, regularly calling donors and viewers to pray for their personal prayer needs.
Jessie has a M.Ed in counseling from the U of T and has been a marriage and family therapist for over 40 years. She has also led numerous interdenominational city-wide prayer groups in the city of Hamilton and is currently involved in several national prayer initiatives. She is married to Justin and has 8 grandchildren!

KERINA OGILIA
Partner Care
Kerina serves as Partner Care with Faytene TV .She is passionate about prayerfully loving on and encouraging our partners.
She serves as a co-pastor and community leader alongside her husband in London, Ontario.
She studied Law and also has an MA in Christianity, specializing in the comparative study of religions.
With nearly 20 years of pastoral and multicultural mission experience in India, Kerina brings a rich global perspective and a deep passion for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ in Canada.

HEATHER BERNARD
Technical Assistance
Heather has a heart to serve behind the scenes in various ministries. She recently joined our Faytene TV team in 2025.
Her primary role with Faytene TV is helping with post-production tasks, including weekly platform uploads, captions, and subscriber data. She enjoys helping things run smoothly, finding solutions, and making sure the small details are taken care of.

Adam Dincorn
Production and Editing
Adam joined the Faytene TV team in 2020, bringing over a decade of media production experience.
He currently serves as the primary editor and production IT specialist.
