FAYTENE & ROBERT GRASSESCHI
Founders, Directors & Producers
Faytene and Robert Grasseschi have over 20 years experience in non-profit sector leadership and entrepreneurship. Faytene is recognized nationwide as a mobilizer and influencer and has received international leadership awards. Robert serves in public relations, missions outreach and intercession.
GENEVIEVE RICHARDS
Partners Manager
Genevieve has worked with the V-Kol team since 2015, and enjoys talking and praying with the partners and donors. She has a finance and management background in the banking industry and is an associate pastor at her local church.

ANNE-MARIE COUTURIER
Intercessory Leadership
Anne-Marie joined the team 6 years ago and is an experienced prayer leader who helps direct the intercessory aspect of the team.
SUSAN VAN RYN
Accounting Manager
Susan joined the V-Kol team ten years ago and loves working with entrepreneurs and organizations in accounting and financial systems. She has worked with hundreds of clients over 25 years and has a vision to see people succeed in the work they feel called to.
JESSIE COOPER
Partner Care
Jessie has a M.Ed in counseling from the U of T and has been a marriage and family therapist for over 40 years. She has also led numerous interdenominational city-wide prayer groups in the city of Hamilton and is currently involved in several national prayer initiatives. She is married to Justin and has 8 grandchildren!
KELVIN MAZIK
In Studio Producer & Crew Manager
Kelvin has been with Faytene.tv since the beginning in 2017. He oversees the entire in-studio crew and productions when we film at Crossroads in Burlington, ON. He brings decades of high level experience in daily broadcast work and is an invaluable asset to the team.
Adam Dincorn
Remote Studio Production & Editing
Adam joined the Faytene.tv team in 2020 bringing over a decade in media production experience to the show. He can usually be found either behind the camera or in the editing chair or in system upgrades.
